You’ll spend 5 nights at the Vintage Hotel, conveniently located at the entrance of Winter Park. Just steps from the complimentary Village Cabriolet, this open-air lift glides you down to the base Village, where you’ll find shops, dining, and the gondola waiting to whisk you up the mountain.

Our package includes your choice of 3 or 4 days of lift tickets, plus round-trip coach bus transfers to and from Denver International Airport—so you can sit back, relax, and focus on the fun.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We make it easy to lock in your spot. Put down just $100 by September 30, 2025, and then pay the rest in three simple installments:

• October 1, 2025

• November 1, 2025

• December 1, 2025

All payments must be completed before departure so you can focus on the fun (not the finances) once the trip begins.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

If you need to cancel your booking (or part of it), please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@anyonecanadventure.com.

Our cancellation schedule is as follows:

• August 22 – September 30, 2025: Full refund (including $100 deposit)

• October 1 – October 31, 2025: Full refund minus $100 deposit

• November 1 – November 30, 2025: 50% refund minus $100 deposit

• December 1, 2025 – Trip Date: No refunds available

Can I make changes to my booking?
We get it — plans can change! If you need to adjust your booking (like switching rooms, updating guest names, or changing your occupancy type), please reach out to us at info@anyonecanadventure.com as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but they aren’t guaranteed and may be subject to availability or additional costs (depending on what’s changing and when).

1. Who can attend this trip?
This trip is designed for adventurers of all ages! Whether you’re a seasoned skier, a first-timer, or just looking to soak up the mountain atmosphere, you’ll fit right in. We welcome people from all walks of life—students, young professionals, couples, families, and solo travelers.

Age Requirements & Minor Policy

• Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

• Parents/guardians remain solely responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of their minor(s) throughout the trip.

• By registering a minor, the parent/guardian acknowledges and accepts all risks on behalf of the child, and agrees to adhere to group guidelines and any additional requirements communicated by trip organizers.

2. Is this trip right for me?
If you’re excited about skiing Winter Park, open to sharing rooms, and looking to meet new people of all ages, this trip was made for you! The vibe is fun, social, and community-oriented.

If you’d prefer private accommodations, less group interaction, or aren’t comfortable sharing space with other travelers, this trip might not be the best fit. No worries though — we run a variety of trips, and one of our future adventures may be exactly what you’re looking for.

4. What dates do I need to arrive/depart by?

Arrival:

• Plan to arrive at Denver International Airport (DEN) before 2:00 PM MST on Sunday, January 4, 2026.

• Our private charter bus will depart the airport at 3:00 PM MST to take the group to Winter Park.

Departure:

• Hotel check-out is at 10:00 AM MST on Friday, January 9, 2026.

• The group airport shuttle will leave the hotel at 8:00 AM MST that morning for Denver International Airport.

• Please schedule your departure flights for the afternoon or later on January 9, 2026.

Alternate Travel Plans:
If you’d like to arrive later, leave earlier, or extend your stay, you’re welcome to — but you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation between Winter Park and Denver International Airport.

5. What if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, please contact Anyone Can Adventure right away. We’ll do our best to assist, but please note that the charter bus is on a fixed schedule and cannot be guaranteed to wait for late arrivals.

If you miss the scheduled shuttle, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of your own transportation from Denver International Airport (DEN) to Winter Park.

6. How does rooming work?

• Double Shared – Per Person: 2 people per room with 2 queen beds. Rooms will not be co-ed unless specifically requested. You can request a roommate, or we’ll match you with someone if you don’t have one. Price is per person in a shared double room. Solo travelers will be paired.

• Quad Shared – Group of 4: 4 people per room with 2 queen beds. By choosing this option, you agree to share a bed. Roller beds may be requested for an additional fee (based on availability). Must be purchased as a group of 4. If your group of 4 is booking separately, please request a custom link.

• Triple Shared – Group of 3: Not offered as a standard package. If you have a group of 3, please contact us to inquire about a special package.

• Single Not Shared: Not offered as a standard package. If you prefer a private room, please contact us to inquire about availability and pricing.

7. Can I request my roommates?
Yes! You’ll have the option to request your preferred roommates when you book. While we can’t guarantee every request, we do our best to keep groups together. If we ever need to adjust rooming arrangements, we’ll notify you right away to make sure you’re comfortable with the accommodations.

8. What if I’m traveling solo?
No worries — you’re more than welcome to join on your own! Solo travelers will be paired with a roommate of the same gender (unless a co-ed room is specifically requested by all parties). We’ll match you with another adventurer so you can still enjoy the full group experience without needing to book with a friend.

9. Can I get a single occupancy hotel room?
Single occupancy rooms are very limited. If you’d like to request one, please submit your inquiry when booking or email us at info@anyonecanadventure.com. We’ll review availability and get back to you with options and pricing.

10. Can I purchase a single-day lift ticket?
Yes! You may add an additional lift ticket for $135. All add-on lift ticket purchases must be made by December 1, 2025.

11. Can I get a refund on unused lift tickets?
Lift tickets are non-refundable, but with multiple days on the mountain and a variety of terrain to explore, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to make the most of them during your stay.

12. Can I get ski/snowboard/helmet rentals?
Yes! Rental options are available at a discounted group rate. Just answer the rental questions during checkout, and in November we’ll send you updated rental information along with a separate link to purchase and reserve your gear for the trip.
